Privacy Notice and Personal Information Collection Statement

1. Who handles your information.

This notice describes how ParTee Golf handles personal information for its booking, membership and Credit service. For privacy enquiries or requests, contact ParTee Golf at +852 9821 1885 or Unit 26-30, 25/F, Corporation Park, Shek Mun, Hong Kong.

2. Information collected.

Depending on the service you use, we collect account and contact details, your member number, sign-in and verification information, language and communication preferences, bookings and attendance, membership dates, Credit balances and movements, top-up/payment records, receipts, staff actions affecting your account, and records of your acknowledgements and choices. Hosting and security services also process relevant technical information, such as IP addresses and browser or device information.

3. Why it is used.

We use this information to create and secure your account, verify email addresses and recover access, manage bookings and membership, record payments and Credits, issue documents, send service messages, reconcile transactions, respond to enquiries, investigate errors or misuse, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Staff access is based on their assigned work permissions.

Optional marketing is separate from service messages and the registration acknowledgement. You can decline marketing or ask us to withdraw your marketing choice. Refusing marketing does not prevent use of the booking service. A new use unrelated to the original collection purpose requires consent where applicable law requires it.

4. Required and optional information.

Information marked as required is needed for the relevant account or service. Without it, we may be unable to create the account, complete a booking or process the request. Optional information and marketing choices are identified separately. Please provide accurate details and tell us when they change.

5. Service providers and disclosures.

Authorised ParTee Golf personnel and the appointed software operations team process information as needed to provide and support the service. Hosting, database, email, security and storage providers include Supabase, Cloudflare and Resend. Relevant information is shared with them for these service purposes. We may also disclose information where required or permitted by applicable law, or to professional advisers for a relevant dispute or legal obligation.

Service providers may process or store information outside Hong Kong, including the production database hosted in South Korea and email or infrastructure services in other regions. We use access controls and service arrangements appropriate to the processing.

6. Retention and security.

Information is retained for the purposes described in this notice, including applicable accounting, dispute-resolution and legal requirements, and is reviewed for deletion or anonymisation when no longer needed. Closing an account does not automatically erase transaction and audit records that still need to be retained. Restricted backup or archive copies may remain until their applicable retention cycle permits removal.

We use technical and organisational measures, including access controls and protected connections, to protect information. Keep your password private and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

7. Essential browser storage.

The app uses browser storage and essential session information to keep you signed in, remember relevant preferences and support the installed web app. Security services may process technical information to distinguish legitimate requests from abuse. Blocking essential storage or security checks may prevent some functions from working.

8. Access, correction and choices.

You may request access to or correction of personal data held about you, ask about retention, or raise a privacy concern using the contact details above. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and handle the request. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and any lawful retention or other exceptions. Nothing in this notice limits rights under Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

9. Updates to this notice.

ParTee Golf reserves the right to update this notice when its services, practices or applicable requirements change. We will publish the revised version and effective date here and give appropriate notice of material changes. An update does not itself authorise an unrelated new use of personal data; any consent required by law will be obtained. The registration system records the version acknowledged at registration.
